Setting up artificial moments for the “perfect shot” isn’t my thing, and you won’t find me with a must have photo list that I’m checking off as the day goes on. I want your wedding day to flow as organically as possible- so I’ll be the best third wheel with you + your honey, documenting the things you do together that are uniquely YOU.

Between timeline calls and your engagement session and the early wake up call to get ready for your day, we’ll be spending a ton of time together.

the investment
Just like every couple is different, I know every budget is different. I strive to give you an experience that is true to you, and fits exactly what you need. Hourly wedding collections begin at $3600 and are built to be customized to fit your day perfectly.
The process
Step 01: inquire
Fill out my contact form (located HERE) and tell me allllll about your day (and make my day at the same time). I’ll respond within 2 business days and we’ll find a time to meet up or schedule your initial call.
Step 02: let’s hang out
I’ll meet you at a coffee shop, buy you + your partner a beer, or hop on a video call with you to chat and make sure we click, and talk specific details.
Once we decide on your package, a signed contract and paid retainer is due to secure your date.
Step 04: timeline call
About a month out from your wedding day, we’ll schedule another call to put together your photo timeline. This will make sure your day goes smooth like butter and there’s no rushing around.
Step 03: engagement session
All of my wedding collections include a complimentary engagement session- so I’ll crash your date night for an hour and rid you of any nerves you might have when it comes to being in front of the camera.
Step 05: you’re married!
The best part!
We’ll party all day long as you go from fiancee’s to SPOUSES!
Step 06: gallery time
Happy mail! Within 48 hours of saying “We Do,” you’ll get a sneak peek gallery filled with the highlights of your day. Within 8-10 weeks you’ll receive your entire gallery, we’ll all cry together, and from there I’ll be rooting you on as you reach every new milestone in your married life.

I typically deliver roughly 75 images per hour of coverage, but I don’t put a cap on the number of images per gallery. If it’s good, it’s getting delivered!

I hand pick and edit all of my photos- no AI software here. I describe my editing style as earthy, vibrant, and authentic. I like to make earth tones pop while keeping an overall true to life + color feel to my images, and add a little punch of vibrancy + contrast as the cherry on top.

All of my galleries are delivered through a private online gallery. From there you’ll be able to download, share, and order prints. If you choose to add on a custom USB, you'll receive that in addition to your digital gallery.

Essentially, it’s a schedule of exactly where/when we’ll be taking formal, posed photos on your wedding day. Building a timeline makes sure everyone knows when they’re needed, and ensures that there’s no rushing or fumbling around once the day is here!

During wedding days I shoot on dual memory cards. This means that every photo I take on your wedding day automatically has a second copy- and makes sure that if one card corrupts, your photos will still be safe. Once I’m home, I immediately back up all of your photos onto two separate hard drives as well as digital storage, and both memory cards are locked away until your gallery is delivered.

YES! I am the owner + only lead photographer of HLP. Adding a second photographer to your package is always an option, but I will be the primary photographer for your day.
